Free Delivery on all orders to the Republic of Ireland over €250.

  • We ship to Republic of Ireland on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, all import taxes and duties, as well as applicable VAT, will be included in the price of the goods in your order.
  • Orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Delivery to Republic of Ireland can take up to 14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Transit times are subject to customs inspections. Customs hold time will delay your order by 2 to 10 business days. Please note that our shipping partner and AllSaints cannot control the length of time a parcel is held in customs or expedite its release.
  • Orders placed on www.allsaints.ie will be fulfilled by our UK Distribution centre and processed by All Saints Retail Ltd, Ireland.
  • To ship to the UK or Rest of World destinations, please shop on our UK website.
  • To ship to destinations within the EU please shop on our EU, FR and DE websites.


  • DELIVERY TO PO BOX:

    DHL deliver to PO Boxes in the following countries: Bahrain, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, United Arab Emirates. It is essential for successful delivery that a valid contact name and consignee telephone number is provided.


    DELIVERY TO BFPO:

    DPD will ship BFPO orders to RAF Northolt for distribution within the internal network which may be subject to delays. Please be sure to include your full name and personnel information at checkout.



    Multiple shipping partners will ship to European destinations. Exclusions apply.



    TRACKING YOUR ORDER:

    Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your order.



    REPUBLIC OF IRELAND ORDERS:

    We ship with multiple courier partners to the Republic of Ireland.

    You’ll receive an SMS and email notification once your order has been dispatched, follow the link provided and choose from a range of flexible delivery options.

    Please note inflight options vary per region and courier partner. Ensure you enter your mobile number at checkout to receive an SMS.

    If your order is shipped via DHL, you can utilise the DHL ON DEMAND DELIVERY in flight delivery options:

  • Deliver my package on Another Day: Scheduled delivery.
  • Deliver my package to Another Address: Alternate Delivery to work or family.
  • Deliver my Package at a Safe Place: Authorise Shipment Release.
  • Deliver my package with Neighbour: Leave with neighbour, reception or guard.
  • Deliver my package at a DHL Service Point: Hold for Collection.
  • Request my Hold My Package: Vacation hold safekeeping up to 30 days.
  • Advanced Duty Collection: Pre pay your custom charges prior to delivery for International and Non EU deliveries shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid.


  • Our shipping partners will leave a card so you know which neighbour your parcel has been delivered to. We’re currently unable to ship to collections points such as Amazon lockers and Collect Plus.


    FOR DELIVERIES WITHIN THE EU:

    We operate on a Delivered Duty Paid basis. This means that all import taxes and duties, as well as applicable VAT, will be included in the price of the goods in your order. Orders placed on www.allsaints.ie, will be fulfilled by our UK Distribution centre and processed by AllSaints Retail Ltd, Ireland and Orders placed on www.allsaints.eu, fr.allsaints.com and de.allsaints.com will be fulfilled by our UK Distribution centre and processed by AllSaints Netherlands BV.

    Delivery to EU destinations can take up to 14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Outlying areas will take longer. Transit times are subject to customs inspections. Customs hold time will delay your order by 2 to 10 business days. Please note that our shipping partner and AllSaints cannot control the length of time a parcel is held in customs or expedite its release.

    To avoid tax and duty charges for returns please mark your parcel as ‘returned goods’ and provide your courier with the order number, outbound tracking number, airway bill and commercial invoice and note this on the top of the parcel to demonstrate it's a return purchase to Allsaints. Please note that failure to return your parcel with this information will result in delays in your return being processed, additional charges or your parcel may be returned to you.

    RESTRICTIONS

    EXOTIC SKINS:

    Due to international trading agreements and regulations AllSaints must adhere to specific shipping restrictions. We are unable to ship exotic skins outside the EU. In addition, we are required by EU regulation to obtain a CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora) permit before items made from exotic skins can be shipped. This may cause a delay in processing your order. For further information, please contact Customer Experience.


    FRAGRANCES:

    We are unable to ship orders containing AllSaints fragrance by air transportation. International, Canadian and some Next Day destinations will be excluded. Please enter a UK or US mainland shipping address to checkout successfully. Please note for the UK this excludes Northern Ireland and Channels Islands. You will be restricted at the checkout if you enter an overseas address.


    EUROPEAN AND INTERNATIONAL COUNTRIES:

    We ship to selected European and International countries available in the drop down list at check out. We are working to update our logistics network to offer more shipping destinations.
